Creative concept for an incentive travel and Awards Ceremony that brought Shell franchisees to the Queen's Land. Inspired by British pop culture, the party was packed with music hits from Rolling Stones to Coldplay and even featured Mr. Bean's double, who got out of the big screen to be part of the award.

After winning the competitive bid for two consecutive years with Lisbon and London, the agency faced the challenge of raising the bar once again. To celebrate the 10th anniversary of the “Você Conquista” program, Shell needed to surprise more than 400 top-performing franchisees — a highly demanding audience, accustomed to luxury and difficult to impress with experiences money alone can buy.
Rather than choosing an obvious destination, we selected Prague for its unique atmosphere — a city where history, mystery and fantasy naturally coexist. From there, we designed an immersive three-night journey: from a ghostly reception at Prague Castle to an illusion-inspired awards ceremony at Prumyslov Palác, ending with a Wonderland-themed closing celebration.
The Magic of Enchantment transformed Prague into a living metaphor for the role Shell franchisees play every day: creating memorable experiences for their customers. Magic became more than a theme — it became the narrative language of the experience, connecting mentalism, illusionism and escapism to real business challenges such as understanding customers, overcoming obstacles and creating meaningful connections.
The experience successfully celebrated the program’s 10-year milestone with outstanding satisfaction and engagement scores, reinforcing franchisees’ desire to remain part of the program in future editions.

On 2016 Rio Olympic Games I had the opportunity to work with Bob Neville, Retail Creative Director for New Balance Worldwide. I could lead the concept for a Brand and Hospitality Space in Ipanema. To develop the project we went deep to research Rio cultural roots looking for connections with New Balance values of authenticity, performance and craftsmasnship.

Celebrating ten years of the “Você Conquista” Travel Program, Shell Franchisees travelled to Prague, a perfect city for magic nights. OpeningCocktail was held at an exclusive reception at Prague Castle, where a ghastly court hosted our guests. The Awards ceremony had celebrities and international illusionists presenting the winners. And Wonderland was the inspiring theme for the closing party bringing LewisCarrol’sl fantastic characters, circus acts and Brazilian singer Anitta on a huge show.
