CONVENTION


For the last three years, I led the creative and narrative direction for Shell's largest event, targeting franchisees and employees over six days of execution. I developed content and artistic experiences for the "Connection Arena", showcasing Shell’s innovations and strategies, and managed all storytelling for the internal employee engagement convention. Additionally, I scripted "Shell Talks" — interactive sessions for insightful discussions — and crafted narratives for the "Acceleration Space" brand activations.

With over 4,000 participants, the event consistently achieved an NPS of over 85%, maintaining Excellence Zone satisfaction in all its editions.



VALE

LEADERS' FORUM


For the last three editions, I have led the storytelling and co-creative direction for the Vale Leaders' Forum, engaging C-level executives with strategic discussions and immersive experiences. The event, held in Rio de Janeiro and streamed online for thousands of VALE employees globally, featured inspiring artistic moments rooted in Brazilian culture, alongside executive presentations and interactive panels, highlighting Vale’s commitment to transformation and new business opportunities.

DIGITAL CONVENTION

An entirely digital convention designed to reach Shell's franchisees, promote the company strategy and their product lineup.

SALES

NATIONAL MEETING


Sales Leaders National Meeting is a Unilever annual convention held traditionally in a presencial format. This time our challenge was to develop a digital project. We created a hybrid experience, streamed live from a physical studio with virtual interactions. Every presentation was inspired by the Brazilian TV language – a perfect fit for the audience.

An audience of 20.000 Bank managers takes part in this event every year – simply the hugest corporate event in Latin America. In 2017 I was part of the team that developed a winning proposal for this bid as a concept and content leader.
